- KEEP DRIVERS MOVING. Diagnosing & correcting equipment issues that keep our fleet at optimum productivity.
- CONTROL COSTS. Be innovative and proactive in your approach to repairs to help us control both time & material costs.
- BE NEAT, CLEAN AND SAFE. Keep tools, equipment, shops, and property clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- 1-year minimum requirement in the motor carrier maintenance industry.
- Knowledge of class 8 trucks and trailers.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge.
- Basic diagnostic skills for electrical as well as mechanical breakdowns (ADD).
- Must be able to speak and read English.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Current CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements preferred, but not required.
- Experience with maintaining inventory and vehicle maintenance records preferred.
- A willingness to share in an on-call schedule for after-hours and weekends.
