About Us
Flyway Brewing Company is a craft brewery in North Little Rock’s Argenta Arts District. Located on the banks of the Arkansas River we greet guests visiting Central Arkansas, riding on the Arkansas River Trail, and locals both returning and experiencing the tasting room for the first time. We distribute beer throughout the entire Natural state, serve 12 taps on site where we brew on a 10 barrel system, and offer creative and unique food options that have been featured on Food Network’s Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives.
Job Title
Flyway Brewing Company is seeking full/part-time staff to serve food and beer in the tasting room and at our outdoor dining areas. Weekend availability is required.
Job Brief
You will pour and serve our locally crafted beer to delighted customers who are looking to enjoy an amazing experience provided by the staff. Group service allows for a variety of valuable interactions with a diverse customer base. Passion for craft beer and a growing knowledge of the industry will evoke personal interactions with other driven individuals. Applicants must gain an in-depth understanding of our food and drink menus to ensure a full understanding of what we offer to guests.
Responsibilities
- Properly pour and serve beer
- Order and deliver food
- Interact with customers and co-workers
- Communication with kitchen and co-workers
- Thorough cleaning and organization
- Maintain quality checks on beer
- Set-up and break-down of service areas
- Handle monetary transactions with customers
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Working well under pressure/in a busy environment
- Ability to follow direction
