What are the responsibilities and job description for the Universal Banker position at FOCUS BANK?
FOCUS Bank is accepting applications/resumes for the position of Universal Banker Supervisor in Sikeston, Missouri. As a Universal Banker Supervisor, you will manage branch deposit operations and all tellers; teller transactions; basic to complex service and maintenance; train all tellers on bank products and services; identify referrals for branch and specialty partner sales.
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
· Must have 5 years of bank deposit operations experience
· At least 2 years of supervisory experience
· Must possess excellent working knowledge of computer systems
· Must possess excellent verbal communication skills
· Shall have and maintain positive attitude and a high level of initiative
· Must successfully complete background checks
· Ability to hear and speak clearly
· Ability to communicate in writing
· Ability to manually manipulate computer terminal, phone systems and computer keyboards
· Ability to sit & stand for extended periods of time
· Professional appearance expected
