We provide training for our Frame Stylists in optical sales and, more specifically, on the products that we carry to ensure that you can provide each patient with the perfect match.
About Us
Focus on Eyecare is a growing private practice in Moon Township with an emphasis on creating a culture where patients and team members feel they are part of a family. Our frame stylist/optician will be responsible for the selling, fitting, and dispensing of glasses. As we only have a few employees, a willingness to answer phones, schedule patients, verify insurance, and perform other tasks that arise on a day-to-day basis while providing a great interpersonal experience for our patients is a must. We are looking for a candidate that has exceptional communication skills, is flexible as the office grows, has the ability to multitask, pays close attention to detail, and most of all the passion to be instrumental in helping to grow with our company.

Your Role:
As a Frame Stylist/Optician, you will:
- Be a Style Guru: Use your fashion sense to help patients select the perfect eyewear, making their faces light up with confidence and clear vision.
- Hands-On Experience: Fit, adjust, and dispense glasses, ensuring the best possible vision and comfort.
- Patient Educator: Provide guidance on lens options and frame styles, enhancing each patient’s understanding and satisfaction.
- Versatile Team Member: Answer phones, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and assist with various tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Promote Growth: Play a key role in helping our practice grow by providing exceptional service and contributing to a positive patient experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Retail sales experience preferred; optical field experience is a plus but not required.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
- Availability: Must be available to work full time.
- Passion: A strong desire to contribute to office efficiency and the growth of our practice.
