Workday Supply Chain Technology Director

Very exciting opportunity for a Workday Supply Chain expert to join a leading healthcare system in New York state on a full time permanent basis as their 'Workday Supply Chain Technology Director'.

This organization went live with Workday Financials and Workday Supply Chain a few years ago. They are made up of 4 hospitals and implemented Workday across all 4 hospitals, using Workday as the catalyst to drive their unification into the healthcare system they are today.

Whilst they are live, there is still a lot of opportunity for system optimization and an exciting roadmap ahead. This position owns Workday Supply Chain and engages with key stakeholders to drive the Workday Supply Chain roadmap and it's adoption and optimization across the organization.

This is an on-site role so candidates must be able to commute to Albany, NY.

🔸Responsibilities - lead a team of 6 Supply Chain System Analysts to provide day to day support and drive optimization of Workday SCM. Engage with key stakeholders to drive the roadmap and adoption of Workday SCM, creating real impact for almost 10,000 employees.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

🔹Strong functional understanding of supply chain management, ideally within a healthcare environment

🔹Workday Supply Chain expertise including design and hands-on configuration - ideal modules include: Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Contracts, Strategic Sourcing, Inventory, Requisitions

🔹Solid verbal and written communication skills with ability to engage senior stakeholders within the organization
