We currently have a client in Morristown, NJ looking for a Travel CVICU RN - Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit RN Registered Nurse
Focus Staff is seeking a traveling Certified Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit RN, who will responsible for providing electronic chart review and real time hemodynamic supervision and proactive surveillance for adverse physiological trends of CVICU patients in order to prevent clinical problems from occurring.
Contract Assignment - 13 Weeks (Temporary)
Shift: 3x12 Nights

Requirements:
- Motivated candidates who are looking for career growth
- AHA Current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers
- BSN from accredited nursing program, and proper licensure
- Excellent communication skills with the staff, physicians, patients, and families
Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Travel CVICU RN - Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit RN Registered Nurse

Responsibilities:
- Assesses plans and evaluates patient care needs.
- Carries out physician orders.
- Administers prescribed medications, changes dressings, cleans wounds, monitors vital signs.
- Provides cardiopulmonary management and monitoring for patients.
- Serves as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems.
- Instructs and educates patients and families.
- Assesses and coordinates patient`s discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
- Provides age and culturally appropriate care.
