We are currently looking for a certified labor & delivery RN who can assess, implement or delegate, plan, and evaluate total nursing care and functions in accordance with established philosophy, providing and directing patient care for a group of patients.
Responsibilities:
- Use clinical reasoning to develop, implement and evaluate the nursing plan of care.
- Manage both emotional and physical patients.
- Assess patient and family level of understanding to provide effective communication and education.
- Work collaboratively with medical staff.
- Provide quality care in a compassionate and professional manner.
Candidates need to possess phenomenal efficiency and attention to detail with a strong knowledge of procedures and patient safety. Being Compassionate and sensitive is a prerequisite for the profession.
About the Job:
- The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as a Labor & Delivery RN.
