Job Title: Investor Relations Engagement Associate
Location: Indianapolis, IN (in-office — local candidates only)
Reports To: CEO, Focused Capital
(Note - this job listing is for the same position as "Business Development Associate - Capital Raiser". No need to apply to both.)
Role Overview
We’re hiring an Investor Relations Engagement Associate to help expand our investor base and drive new capital into our real estate offerings. This is a sales-forward role focused on capital raising. You’ll engage new leads generated through our marketing channels, qualify them, build relationships, and guide them through our investment process — all the way from first contact to funded.
Leads are warm — they’ve opted in via ads, LinkedIN, referrals, or our educational content. Your job is to act quickly, build trust, and move them from “interested” to “invested.”
If you have experience in investor relations or capital raising, you’ll ramp faster — but we’re open to top-tier sales talent who can learn quickly and execute with excellence.
