Job Summary

The Director of Pricing Management, working closely with the VP of Sales Planning, will play a key role in FFWS’ pricing efficiency initiative, leading to enhanced visibility of pricing across the USA, a fully trained Sales Force, and the implementation of industry leading pricing management specific SAAS.

Hybrid schedule | Onsite days, Tuesday - Thursday | Remote, M & F

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Implement Vistaar Price Structure Management across entire US Distribution Network - This primary assignment involves restructuring current implementation efforts, analyzing the company portfolio of wine for logical system metadata structure, and to design and implement SOP that will ensure accurate representation of market dynamics
  • Train FFW National Sales force in system usage, deal structure understanding and programming of special case supports
  • Master Data Management in support of the Vistaar PSM implementation and maintenance requirements
  • System troubleshooting in concert with Vistaar system experts/programmers
  • SAAS contract detail negotiations with Vistaar of India and VIP of Vermont, USA
  • SAAS representative meeting facilitation
  • Determination and administration of agreed freight rates
  • Historical pricing documentation in support of chargeback vetting
  • Creation of ad-hoc pricing tools and calculators designed to ease user acceptance
  • Occasional Distributor Visits
  • Occasional Winery/Vineyard Visits Trainings


Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Advanced Excel
  • Advanced, demonstrable understanding of 3 Tier Pricing mathematics
  • SAAS implementation experience
  • User experience with Vistaar PSM or similar pricing tool
  • Wine Industry experience with a Top 10 supplier


Education & Experience

  • BS Business Administration from accredited 4-year University
  • 5 years Winery/Spirits Supplier experience at the Manager level in a Finance capacity

Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
