Folktale Winery & Vineyards is seeking an enthusiastic Event Coordinator to be the driving force behind our clients' special occasions. As the Event Coordinator at Folktale Winery & Vineyards, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients during the event planning phase. Your role will encompass client consultation, event sales, planning, contract management, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their event needs and preferences.
- Promote event services, close sales, and assist with contract management.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute seamless events.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the planning process.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the event team to ensure client satisfaction.
- Attend events as needed to ensure client needs are met and to gather feedback.
- Work with clients to create event details, design and timelines.

Requirements
- Previous experience in event planning or client services.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic event environment.
- Knowledge of creating layouts (Allseated/Prism) and working with Tripleseat software.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedules require.
- Knowledge of the hospitality or winery industry is advantageous.
