What are the responsibilities and job description for the Group Leader - Working with Adults with Disabilities position at Fontana Resources at Work?
We are looking for a reliable, dedicated individual to work and coach our persons with disabilities.
OBJECTIVE: Train and assist persons with disabilities to progress towards a competitive vocational status, efficiently utilizing work experience in a community-based setting.
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Supervisory experience and desirable. Requires the ability to meet the objectives of the job description, making sound judgment with respect to working with people with disabilities, staff and contract personnel. Must be professional in attitude, appearance, and work conduct, adhering to all standards of the organization's policies and procedures and code of ethics. Willing to work at multiple sites as dictated by assigned participants' employment to do assessments of the individual. Must be able to be able to work without supervision. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Required to maintain a valid California driver's license and good driving record. DMV printout required at time of interview for this position and the responsibility of the applicant.
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8:00am-3:00pm(Varies) 32 hours week
