Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Payable Clerk located in Seattle, WA. The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for finance, accounting software, invoicing, and communication tasks associated with processing and managing accounts payable, expense reports and inventory.
Qualifications
- Experience in finance and accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Knowledge of invoicing processes
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (preferred)
- Experience in the coffee industry is a plus
- Ability to perform general ledger reconciliations
- Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks
