We are looking for a hardworking, organized, and energetic individual to join our Food Farm family! Please see below for a summary of the position.
Position Summary:
Part- time, 15-30 hours depending on performance.
The Cashier/Stocker greets and serves guests, fills/rotates/organizes inventory, and properly maintains a clean work environment. Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Demonstrates a complete understanding of products served and sold at Food Farm Market.
Checks/restocks inventory to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the day.
Places and puts away orders received.
Organizes and cleans store floors/counters in accordance with Food Safety & Handling Standards.
Exhibits a cheerful and helpful attitude while greeting guests, making recommendations, and taking orders.
Understands and adheres to all quality standards, formulas, and procedures as outlined during training.
Maintains a professional appearance and grooming standards as outlined during training.
Maintains a professional presence when serving customers.
Handle money. Balance registers/cash drawer.
Requirements:
MUST be able to work weekends
Must be 21yrs or older.
Education: Some high school or equivalent
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the store as needed. Position requires bending, standing, climbing on ladders, and walking. Potential employees must have the ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
