Supply Chain Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to support our supply chain operations through data driven analysis, strategic planning, and managing/optimizing the S&OP process of our key customers as serving as the primary liaison. The role will ensure alignment with customer demand, inventory levels, and production planning. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. BA in Supply Chain or related field with over 5 years of experience in supply chain with solid understanding of supply chain planning system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inventory reconciliation and resolve discrepancies, including errors, shortages, and overages, in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Generate and evaluate supply chain data and ad-hoc business reports to identify challenges and propose enhancements.
• Coordinate/support the Inventory Control Tower and oversee the execution of SCM plans by collaborating effectively with operations and cross-functional teams.
• Take charge of planning, analyzing, and developing SOPs to standardize SCM procedures and processes.
• Provide support for other SCM-related projects as assigned by the manager.

Skills, Experience & Education:

• Skilled in supply chain management, the sales process, and supply chain planning systems, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office applications at an intermediate level.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain management.
• Experience with the operation and implementation of SCP systems such as Kinaxis, JDA, SAP is preferred, but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
