- Seat guests in correct rotation
- Control the wait list
- Control the waiting crowd
- Alert servers if they have been sat in a section that is not their own.
- Keep the host stand neat and orderly
- Buss and wipe tables
- Sweep under a table before reseating it
- Spot sweep
- Roll silverware if needed
- Do regular bathroom checks
- Sweep the parking lot at the start of your shift
- Wear a clean uniform everyday
- Wear skid-proof shoes
- Do your sidework to completion
- Do as instructed by leadership
