Foot And Ankle Premier Specialists, Ridgefield NJ is looking for a full time / part time Medical Assistant agent to join our strong team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable.

Responsibilities

*Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner *Answer and screen phone calls *Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources *Updating and filing patient medical records *Arrange laboratory services *Stock the rooms before seeing patients *Assisting the patient and doctors in the room

Qualifications

*Experience working in a medical field *Familiarity working with medical equipment and terminology *Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner *High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
