Title: Site Superintendent

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week.
Target start date / availability: ASAP
This project is in a populated building with clients and tenants, so some of the work cannot be performed during normal business hours. We need someone who can be flexible and work nights when required.
Job Description
Our client is managing a rooftop solar project in Greenwood Village, CO.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as company point of contact for clients, vendors and subcontractors.
- Contractor oversight.
- Coordination with QA/QC
- Oversight of safety compliance.
- Reporting daily progress to client.
- Material inventory
Requirements:
- Experience in solar installation
- Construction oversight experience
