Qualifications
Competencies/Skillset:
-Must be reliable with good attendance and have reliable transportation. This role is responsible for daily ticket/menu delivery.
-Organized with the ability to handle large volumes of data, documentation, and communications with accuracy. Must be able to respond to email/phone requests and communications in a timely manner. Must be able to multitask and handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
-Dependable, efficient with time, and professional in appearance. Will represent
the Dietary/Nutrition department when meeting new residents/families or standing in for meetings.
-Computer skills including email, google drive, and adobe required.
-Good communication and collaboration skills. Will be working with the nursing and therapy departments on a daily basis.
-Customer services skills in relation to meeting new residents and families on admission, andaddressing food complaints or concerns.
-Ability to handle potentially high stress-situations and problem solve.
-Knowledge of CMS Long Term Care Regulations, Food Safety/Sanitation, and the Food Code preferred, but not required.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality of medical records and abide by HIPPA.
-For CDMs/DTRs, knowledge and experience with the Nutrition Care Process.
-Physical Requirements: Walking the facility and delivering food items or paper work/tickets throughout the day.
-Experience working in an office/healthcare/administrative/clerical setting working with computer programs, data entry, and communication highly preferred.
Role: 70% Dietary/Food Service 30% Clinical

Additional Information
Experience/Education: Preferred (but not required)
--Knowledge of CMS Long Term Care Regulations, Food Safety/Sanitation, and the Food Code.
-Experience with PCC and Mealsuite.
-Experience working in a healthcare setting or with the elderly population.
-Experience as a CDM/DTR/Nutrition assistant.
- Associates or Bachelors or other higher education degree.
Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 based on certification/education/experience
