Description

We are seeking an experienced Telecommunications Support Technician / Installer to join our growing team. This role involves the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of telecommunications systems and related add-ons for business clients across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-focused, and comfortable working with modern VoIP and unified communications platforms.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support telecommunications equipment and system add-ons
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients
• Perform system upgrades, moves, adds, and changes
• Document installations, configurations, and service activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project completion
• Deliver professional, customer-friendly service at all times

Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications installation and support
• Familiarity with and/or certification in ShoreTel, Connect, and Mitel systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Willingness to travel.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturer certifications (ShoreTel, Mitel, or related platforms)
• Experience with VoIP, UC systems, and network infrastructure
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
