Located in the heart of Naples, Florida, Forest Glen Golf & Country Club offers an exceptional golf and hospitality experience for both members and guests.
As a bundled community with 799 residences, each household enjoys two memberships, fostering an active and vibrant membership year-round.
Our golf course, originally designed by Gordy Lewis in 1999, underwent renovations by Arthur Lewis in 2008 and most recently by renowned architect Ron Forse in 2024. With nearly half of the course winding through a protected nature preserve, golfers are treated to stunning views and frequent sightings of native wildlife such as bald eagles, deer, and alligators—making the Forest Glen experience truly unique.
The club hosts approximately 50,000 rounds annually, with a wide variety of active leagues catering to golfers of all ages and skill levels throughout the week.
- Exceptional communication skills both as an individual, and in a team environment.
- PGA Member, Apprentice or Student in a PGM program is required.
- Must possess strong organizational, leadership and fast-thinking skills.
- Knowledge of GolfGenius, Jonas, Chelsea and TagMarshal is preferred, but not required.
Forest Glen is excited to offer a seasonal opportunity for an Assistant Golf Professional / PGA Intern beginning in Fall 2025. This position is ideal for someone passionate about golf operations, with aspirations of becoming a Head Golf Professional, Director of Golf, or General Manager. Of particular focus, we are looking for someone who has interest in expanding their golf knowledge with career aspirations to become a Head Golf Professional, Director of Golf or General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
Under the discretion of the Director of Golf & Head Golf Professional, this roles main aspects include, but are not limited to:
- Providing exemplary customer service to all members and guests
- Assisting with:
- Chelsea Tee Sheet administration
- Golf event execution using Golf Genius
- Pace of play monitoring with TagMarshal
- Supporting our Tournament Director with:
- Weekly Men's 18 & 9 hole leagues.
- Weekly Ladies' 18 & 9 hole leagues.
- Offering high-quality golf instruction to members
- Coordinating and assisting with monthly complimentary clinics
- Performing club fittings as needed
- Assisting our outside services team
- Assist the team with merchandising operation
- Actively playing golf with members and guests when possible
- Maintaining a strong understanding of club rules and regulations
Scheduling:
- 30–40 hours per week, with a minimum of two days off each week
- Teaching opportunities during shifts and on days off (if desired)
- Flexible start and end dates based on candidate availability
