Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages Leffingwell Society process and members including solicitation and retention of new and renewed members, materials, events, etc.
- Maintains a portfolio of 150-200 prospects General Responsibilities
- Works with the Development Team, Development Committee and Board to identify, cultivate, solicit and steward Leffingwell donors and prospects
- Helps meet major gift and annual fund goals
- Arranges cultivation and solicitation visits with donors and prospects
- Provides consistent follow-up post meetings, events, and other activities to secure commitments or move relationships forward
- Tracks and reports relationship-management activity using Raiser’s Edge
- Forges and maintains strong relationships with donors, volunteers and FPF staff
- Manages expenses as budgeted
• Supports and participates in the organization's fundraising and donor stewardship events • Other duties as assigned

Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years minimum experience in major gifts (or equivalent combination of education and experience);
- Experience with Raiser’s Edge or similar database
- Proven ability to work with major donors and all levels of professionals
- Proven ability and willingness to solicit and secure major gifts
- Exceptional relationship-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
This position will provide oversight for leadership annual giving as well as manage a portfolio of major gift prospects. This role is also responsible for securing philanthropic gifts and developing prospect strategies, cultivation, solicitation and follow-up activities with major gift prospects and donors.
Salary : $74,200 - $94,000
