Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a modern, platform-based case management system that will support multiple program areas within a dynamic public-sector environment. This role offers the opportunity to guide a large-scale transformation initiative that replaces outdated systems with a more integrated, efficient, and secure solution.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the full project lifecycle for a major enterprise platform rollout
- Coordinate across internal teams, technical vendors, and stakeholder groups to align goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Lead onboarding efforts and change management activities for business units adopting the new system
- Oversee the decommissioning of legacy tools and processes as part of the modernization strategy
- Present updates to leadership, manage risk, and drive accountability within the project team
- Adjust priorities and strategies as business needs evolve

Qualifications:
- 7 years of project management experience leading enterprise IT projects
- Proven success managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships
- Strong leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with enterprise platforms, especially case management or public-sector systems
- Ability to adapt quickly and remain effective in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Preferred:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Prior experience working in consulting, startup, or small business settings
- Familiarity with regulatory or government-funded program requirements
Work Arrangement:
- This is a full-time contract position with a possibility to convert to W-2 with excellent benefits based on performance.
- The role is HYBRID - primarily remote with occasional in-person meetings required for team collaboration.
