- Receive, inspect, sort and unpack incoming parts (UPS, Fedex, etc.)
- Keep an exact log of parts and make sure correct documents are included with parts being returned.
- Interact with vendors about returned parts, authorizations and shipping arrangements.
- Package and load parts for vendor pick up. Complete all shipping documents.
- Keep an inventory and scrap parts not returning to vendors.
- As time permits, assist claim processors with claim processing and other duties within the department.
- Various other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must have organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to lift parts and boxes (Up to 75 lbs).
- Self-motivated and ability to work without constant supervision.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
