What are the responsibilities and job description for the Respiratory Therapy Director - Full Time position at Forks Community Hospital?
Oversees Cardiopulmonary and Respiratory Therapy Deparments. Provides services by educating physicians and nurses; coaching respiratory staff; conducting research; completing projects; educating the community; directing staff. Provides Financial Reports, manages budget and performance improvement with Quality Control.
QUALIFICATIONS: CRT or RRT credentialed by NBRC. Licensed as a RCP in WA. Minimum of 5 years critical experience preferred. BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP within six months of employment
Salary: $40.15-$63.08/hour DOE, Exempt
Shift: M-F with occasional weekend coverage
