I. POSITION OBJECTIVE
The Designated Route Check System (DRCS) Coordinator position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of operation units to ensure that all tasks related to designated route inspections and digital labeling programs, are completed efficiently and accurately. This position coordinates the designated route inspection program ensuring that all routes are inspected thoroughly and findings are addressed in timely manner. This role monitors that the Operation Unit’s PIC are trained and have a thorough understanding of their responsibilities through training and mentoring.
II. MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
Coordinate Field Examiner/Designated Route Inspection Program: Oversee newly developed programs including designated route inspection ensuring successful implementation and execution. Coordinate and support the field examiners ensuring all routes are inspected thoroughly and any findings are addressed. Report abnormalities and monitor corrective action needed. Train and develop field examiners on best practices. Report progress of fieldwork and program implementation and provide updates to management as needed.
Coordinate Digital Labeling Initiative: Manage program ensuring accurate labeling of process pipelines and equipment. Ensure labeling is following Company procedures. Collaborate with other Departments to address challenges and streamline processes.
Evaluate Effectiveness of Programs: Evaluate programs effectiveness to ensure expected outcomes are met. Identify resource needs and allocate personnel effectively to achieve project goals while maintaining operational efficiency. Serve as a single administrative window for program related issues for both Field Examiners and Units.
Collaboration and Teamwork: Utilize internal and external resources to foster teamwork, develop workable solutions, and optimize/positively impact departmental and company goals and results, in-line with achieving regulatory compliance.
Iii. Qualifications
6 - 10 years of experience in non-destructive testing preferred.

Iii. Qualifications
- TECHNICAL JOB CRITERIA
6 - 10 years of experience in non-destructive testing preferred.
- Technical Skills Required To Perform This Job
- Strong working knowledge with NDE and its applications.
- Familiar with API standards is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbally;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Excellent computer skills;
- A willingness and drive to continue to learn and to improve yourself
- Education
- Other Certification/Training Required To Gain Function-Related Technical Knowledge
- Will require training in Company Policies and Procedures after hire.
- Current employees must meet all technical and safety training requirements for current position, as specified in the Master Training Plan.
