- Guest services and game management. We are currently looking for an outgoing, reliable person that is comfortable speaking in front of people in a customer service / game master role. The candidate must be flexible and teachable, The right person must have good problem solving skills, Candidate must be able to follow instructions with a strong attention to detail. The position has a base of 20 hours a week and is a part time job.
Escape room experience as a customer is helpful.
Escape room employee experience would be amazing!
This position requires a strong work ethic and weekend availability is a must.
General information about the position:
- Thursday to Sunday is regular schedule with on call as needed.
- Monitor games, providing clues and additional assistance when appropriate to ensure a positive game experience for the guests.
- Welcoming and Introducing the game to the guests.
- Resetting games.
- Talking with guests at the end of the game, taking and editing photos.
- Cleaning rooms and the facility.
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, well groomed, courteous, and engaging with customers.
- Must be available to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends, sometimes on short notice.
- Must be confident enough to control a group of adults and teenagers
Schedule:
- Some Holidays not Thanksgiving day or Christmas day.
- Thursday to Sunday.
- On call as needed.
- Weekend availability.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and transportation.
- Must be detailed ordinated.
- Must be able to handle various situations and tasks in a professional manner.
