Position Type: Full-Time 9am-3pm

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate daily activities, including art projects and creative workshops, that encourage self-expression and social interaction.
- Manage group dynamics, addressing any issues that arise on-site with confidence and compassion.
- Develop engaging activities for free time, ensuring that all participants are included and engaged.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and inclusive environment.
- Provide support and guidance to participants, helping them develop social skills and confidence.
- Document daily activities and progress, sharing insights with the broader team.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a leadership role, preferably in a day program or similar setting.
- Strong artistic skills and creativity, with the ability to inspire others.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
