NETWORK PERMITTING SPECIALIST
Seeking Network Permit Specialist! Work with a leader in the telecommunications (telecom) industry. The Network Permitting Specialist is responsible for preparing and submitting various entitlement applications, permits and agreements to allow installation of telecom communications facilities, poles, fiber and other infrastructure. .
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit zoning and permitting applications
- Monitor progress of applications and facilitate jurisdictional request for additional information
- Work with design team to facilitate permit drawings and construction documents
- Entitlement lead during weekly customer meetings
- Participate in district and area pre-project planning meetings
- Develop and maintain relationships with municipalities
- Provide research and guidance to internal clients for acess rights, permitting and project deployment.
Skills/Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience working with municipalities in a planning, zoning or land use capacity
- Knowledge of wireless industry
- Knowledge of planning, zoning codes and regulations affecting site development
Salary : $40 - $42
