Fort Tryon Center is a Skilled Nursing Facility in Upper Manhattan.

Our dynamic Rehab Department seeks a full time COTA.

  • Must have current NY State COTA license.
  • Must be compassionate, caring & have a passion for providing high quality of care.
  • Long term care experience preferred.
  • Experience with Sigma Care and Rehab Optima also a Plus.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
  • Excellent salary / benefits package.
