FORT VALLEY STATE UNIVERSITY (FVSU), a state and land-grant institution of the University System of Georgia, invites applications for the position of Information Technology Customer Service Representative.

Job Summary
The Information Technology Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting University staff in the deployment of Apple devices. Other duties include, but are not limited to:
- Providing excellent customer service to FVSU alumni, parents, students, and faculty and staff.
- Providing troubleshooting tips for Apple devices.
- Acting as first responder for questions about Apple devices.
- Coordinating with University IT staff for escalations and unique situations.
Qualifications
Minimum:
- Ability to think critically.
- Proven experience providing great Customer Service.
- Great attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Apple's Operating System.
Preferred:
- Experience with JAMF MDM, Apple OS certifications or previous tech support experience.
Working conditions
Anticipated dates of employment: July 29, 2024 - August 9, 2024
Rate of pay: $16.00/hour
