About the Position
Fort Wayne Country Club is in search of a motivated individual to assist the Maintenance Director in maintenance/repairs and security for the club’s buildings and grounds. This is a full-time position at Fort Wayne Country Club reporting to the Maintenance Director.
The proper individual will have a well-rounded background in mechanical skills with sharp technical attributes as well as the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Troubleshoot, maintain and repair 1 phase and 3 phase electrical.
· Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair plumbing systems i.e., drains, supplies, fixtures etc.
· Use and understand the use of plumbing tools i.e. power augers.
· Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
· Use and understand the use of HVAC tools and test equipment i.e., manifold gauges, vacuum pump, recovery pump.
· Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems and equipment.
· Oversees daily water checks in season on outdoor pool and filtering system for positive health protection.
· Control key systems.
· Assists in checking fire protection systems for proper operation and training personnel in their use.
· Assist Maintenance Director for the club’s on-going preventative maintenance program.
· Participates in on-going facility inspections throughout the club to assure that cleanliness, safety, and other standards are consistently attained.
· Helps ensure maximum membership satisfaction.
· Maintains a good working relationship with all departments.
· Performs other duties as may be assigned by Management.
Qualifications & Skills
· Read and understand electrical prints and drawings.
· Use and understand the use of electrical meters and test equipment i.e., VOM, amp meter, mega meter.
· Read and understand plumbing prints and drawings.
· Certified in Refrigerant recovery.
· Read and understand HVAC prints and drawings.
· Read and understand refrigeration prints and drawings.
