What are the responsibilities and job description for the HIRING COORDINATOR- PART TIME position at Fort Worth Transportation Authority?
Trinity Metro has an immediate opening for a Part time HR Coordinator. This position will support our recruiting efforts by working closely with our Recruiter to manage the day-to-day operations of the hiring process, help coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and represent the organization at job fairs and hiring events.
This positions responsibilities include:
- Assist the recruiter in all stages of the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth interview experience
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with candidate data and status updates
- Prepare recruiting reports and dashboards as needed
- Attend job fairs, college recruitment events, and other community hiring events as a company representative
- Support employer branding initiatives and assist in developing recruitment materials
- Help manage background checks, references, and onboarding tasks
- Provide general administrative support to the recruiting team
EXPERIENCE
One year of administrative experience in an HR department.
EDUCATION
High school diploma or GED required.
Any combination of experience, training and/or education that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may substitute for the required education.
