Technical Program Manager with Dev or Testing experience

• Lead and manage the engineering efforts of one or more complex software projects or programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
• Plan, coordinate, and drive execution across cross-functional teams, removing roadblocks and ensuring successful delivery.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, dependencies, and issues that could impact project timelines, quality, or scope.
• Partner with engineering, product, QA, and other stakeholders to prioritise and track deliverables while aligning to business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end software releases, ensuring timely delivery and operational readiness.
• Provide consistent and transparent communication of program status, updates, and risks to all stakeholders, including senior leadership, external vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Champion continuous improvement by assessing and optimising the software development lifecycle (SDLC), introducing best practices, tools, and process enhancements.
• Mentor and guide junior program managers and engineering team members in adopting scalable project management techniques.
• Influence decision-making and product evolution through data-driven insights and proactive engagement with technical and business teams.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in Technical Program Management or a related role within software product organisations.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, cross-functional software projects in Agile or hybrid environments.
• Strong understanding of software engineering processes, DevOps practices, and cloud-based application architecture.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across organisational boundaries.
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent.

• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification(s)
• Experience in highly regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or enterprise SaaS
• Familiarity with OKR or KPI-driven product planning frameworks
