Position Summary
Forthright Case Management is seeking a self-motivated Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in Colorado to join our growing team. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of working remotely combined with local in-person visits. If you are an experienced, proactive RN who thrives in a dynamic, patient-centered role—this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of medical care for injured workers.
- Act as a liaison between providers, therapists, employers, attorneys, and insurance adjusters.
- Attend medical appointments, perform hospital visits, and manage care plans.
- Coordinate medical equipment, home health services, and home modifications when needed.
- Maintain clear, timely documentation and communication across all parties.
- Enjoy the flexibility of working from home while traveling locally as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Active Colorado RN License
- Valid Colorado Driver’s License and Auto Insurance

Bilingual – Spanish/English (Required)
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Minimum 1 year of Nursing Experience (Required)

- Willingness to travel locally up to 50%
