The Operations and Client Support Coordinator works with our Operations, Journey and Sales Team on a daily basis. You function as support and capacity builder for our Operations Team and Sales Team as they seek to execute complex trips and missions around the globe for some of the most discerning clients in the world. On any given day, you may find yourself:
- creating and maintaining processes to support workflows of a distributed team across the globe
- managing projects for clients around the globe,
- conducting research on how to conduct complicated missions in complicated parts of the world,
- researching and collecting and updating data,
- talking to key stakeholders after missions to pull lessons learned and understand how the greatest service providers in the world do what they do,
- triaging communication and resourcing the team to best serve clients.
You own, represent, and introduce the world to our brand and work to pull off the most legendary service imaginable.
Individuals who are successful in this role enjoy collaborative work environments, demonstrate flexibility, possess exceptional attention to detail, and find joy in providing unparalleled customer service in house to our most valuable clients, our team. They would have a background/understanding of systems, and workflows and resourcing and managing projects. Employees work on site at our Global Headquarters in downtown Greenville by the Greenville Drive Stadium.
