Overview
Parkwest Bicycle Casino is seeking to bring a new team member to the Engineering Department! Would you like to be a part of the team? We are seeking a qualified candidate for the HVAC Kitchen Mechanic/Refrigeration Technician. Kitchen Mechanic and Refrigeration Technician will perform preventive maintenance, repairs and installation of industrial and commercial refrigeration systems equipment. Repairs, installs and services stoves, refrigerators, dishwashing machines, and other electrical household or commercial appliance throughout the facility by performing the duties outlined below.

- Open availability to work Day, Swing, or Graveyard.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
- MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a current California gambling establishment employee permit, badge or license.
- Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
- Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test, criminal background and credit check.
Education/ Education:
Associate’s degree (A.S) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school in A/C and refrigeration and HVAC and/or EPA license required.
Some professional education on pneumatic controls and compressor renovation plus one to three years’ experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: HVAC and/or EPA license required for this position.
