Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify prospects for insurance products and services
- Cold Call, email, and text prospects
- Demonstrate on the spot strategic thinking and rebuttals to prospect objections
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
- Collaborate with support staff to maintain a positive customer experience
- Work with support team to remedy client issues
- Track and document activities in CRM system
- 2-20 License Required
- Vertafore AMS 360 experience a plus
- Knowledge of insurance markets and their appetites a plus
- Ability to create Acord forms and collect supplemental applications/documentation
- Exceptional organization
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Deep understanding and ability to use technologies to manage workflows/communication
- Demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing meeting deadlines and juggling multiple assignments
- Punctuality and dedication to client meetings
- Adherence to all personnel policies, procedures and rules
- Ability to maintain professional and productive relationships with other staff, working closely with other departments where applicable
