What are the responsibilities and job description for the Selector - Full-Time - Macon, Georgia position at Fortune International, LLC?
D’Artagnan is looking for warehouse associates to work full time in its distribution warehouse. We are looking for individuals that like working in a fast-paced environment and are looking to become part of a team that promotes job growths and recognizes hard work. We are seeking individuals who have worked in the following capacity:
- Selectors (Picking inventory).
- Inventory Control.
- Packers (Packing inventory for shipment).
General Job Duties
- Receive products.
- Use RF Scanners.
- Pick customer orders.
- Pack and ship customer orders.
Skills Needed
- Must have prior experience working in a warehouse; preferably in a distribution environment.
- Experience working in a refrigerated/freezer environment is strongly preferred.
- Experience driving forklifts is a plus.
- Basic computer skills.
Shift Schedule and Hours
Sunday – Thursday from 11:00 AM until 7:30 PM
Work Environment
- Work is done in a refrigerated environment (warehouse temperature is set at 32 degrees, Freezer -5 degrees)
- Environment is fast paced
Basic Requirements
- At least 18 years old and must possess a HS diploma or equivalent.
- Provide proof of right to work in the US.
- Willing and able to work overtime as required.
- Able to read and take direction in English.
- Able to lift up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation and to stand/walk for up to 10 hours per shift.
- Able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
- Must have Regular and Reliable Attendance.
