Forward Service Corporation (FSC), a passionate, not-for-profit firm that strives to provide exceptional customer service in employment and training related services to local, state and federally funded program participants. Our non-profit firm is seeking one full-time W2 Eligibility FEP to help those we serve achieve their dreams. The home office is located in Green Bay, WI.
The W2 Eligibility FEP is the primary eligibility worker for participants who have applied for the W2 program. The W2 Eligibility FEP collects, verifies, and analyzes information relevant to the W2 eligibility process. They are responsible for understanding and carrying out policy and maintaining confidentiality.
PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE
- Collect data to determine W2 eligibility
- Discuss individuals needs and determine appropriate referrals
- Provide on-going case management (as needed as back-up) and maintenance of customer and program records
- Enter data accurately and timely into appropriate networks
- Monitor reports to ensure compliance
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Associates degree and two plus years work-related experience and/or equivalent combination or education and experience.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
We offer a competitive wage for this full-time, non-exempt position with a starting rate of $23.02/hour with additional compensation based on experience beyond the minimum requirement. Additional compensation of $1.00/hr awarded upon completion of FEP (Financial Employment Planner) training and New Hire Training Plan. In addition to compensation, we have an excellent benefits package, including Health, Dental, Vision, Disability (employer-paid benefit), Basic Life and AD&D (employer-paid benefit), 6% 401k match (with no vesting period), Paid Time Off (accruing up to 20 days in the first 12 months) and 12 Paid Holidays.
