Key Performance Indicators
The Senior Product Owner will be responsible for managing feature-level KPIs and overseeing features or products with varying KPIs, scope, and complexity.
Main Responsibilities:
- Define metrics to measure the effectiveness of product teams.
- Manage KPIs and evaluate delivery quality.
- Support defining MVPs and owning scrum team backlogs.
- Drive day-to-day collaboration with scrum teams.
- Develop test plans and accept each story and potentially features.
- Participate in team demos and retrospectives to validate quality and improve team processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or similar field; 7 years of relevant experience in Product Development and/or Product Management.
- Familiarity with Database software, Internet software, Project Management software, Spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
