Overview

Junior Data Analyst Description & Duties:

The Junior Data Analyst will play a supporting role in data-related activities within our organization. The role will work closely with senior data analyst and other team members to collect, analyze, and resent data insights that inform decision-making and drive business growth

Responsibilities

Duties may include, but are not limited to: 

• Collect and compile data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Perform data cleaning and transformation as necessary to prepare for analysis.
• Assist with conducting data analysis using statistical methods, data visualization tools, and data analysis software.
• Create visually appealing information charts, graphs, and dashboards to present data insights to stakeholders.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports to communicate key metrics and findings to the team and management.
• Help maintain data quality standards by identifying and resolving data discrepancies or inconsistencies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Stay up to date in industry trends and best practices in data analysis.
• Collaborate with other team members to establish data quality protocols.
• Other duties as assigned by management. Must be able to come to work promptly and regularly. Must be able to take direction and work well with others. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science or related field.
• Relevant data analyst experience preferred or combination of education and experience.

• Associate Certified Analytics Professional (aCAP®) is preferred.
