Responsibilities include:
- Administer Medications following Physicians Orders
- Documentation of Medication Administration
- Reporting any Changes of Conditions to the Charge Nurse
- Monitor Vital Signs of Residents
- Keeping Residents Safe, Comfortable & Happy!
- Assisting in all activities of daily living.
- Flexible to work as CNA if needed!!!!!!!!!!
- All with a Caring, Friendly, Attitude!
