🎯 What You’ll Do

As Front Desk Manager, you’ll lead our guest services team and ensure every arrival feels like a warm welcome. You’ll be responsible for:

βœ… Overseeing daily front desk operations

βœ… Training and supervising front desk associates

βœ… Managing room inventory and rate strategies

βœ… Resolving guest concerns with empathy and efficiency

βœ… Ensuring compliance with Marriott brand standards

βœ… Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance teams

βœ… Serving as Manager on Duty when needed

πŸ“š What We’re Looking For

βœ”οΈ 5 years of hotel front desk experience

βœ”οΈ 3 year in a supervisory/manager role

βœ”οΈ Required: Experience with Marriott/Sheraton systems (Lightspeed PMS)

βœ”οΈ Strong leadership and communication skills

βœ”οΈ Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)

βœ”οΈ High school diploma required; hospitality degree preferred
