As Front Desk Manager, you’ll lead our guest services team and ensure every arrival feels like a warm welcome. You’ll be responsible for:

✅ Overseeing daily front desk operations

✅ Training and supervising front desk associates

✅ Managing room inventory and rate strategies

✅ Resolving guest concerns with empathy and efficiency

✅ Ensuring compliance with Marriott brand standards

✅ Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance teams

✅ Serving as Manager on Duty when needed

✔️ 5 years of hotel front desk experience

✔️ 3 year in a supervisory/manager role

✔️ Required: Experience with Marriott/Sheraton systems (Lightspeed PMS)

✔️ Strong leadership and communication skills

✔️ Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)

✔️ High school diploma required; hospitality degree preferred
