Basic Purpose: Provide guests with food and beverage, water, amenity service (cool towels, refreshments, spritzing), towels and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool and surrounding areas. Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer service and satisfaction.
Hourly Rate: $19.32

Essential Functions
- Respond to and provide guests with food and beverage, water, and amenity service, towels and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool and surrounding areas. (70%)
- Provide accurate information to guests in a courteous manner; fulfill all reasonable guest requests or requirements with a sense of urgency and poise; anticipate guest needs. (10%)
- Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in OhanaPact. (10%)
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, supervisors, and outside contacts. (10%)
- Pick-up and deliver towels/towel bins to and from the laundry and towel stands. 2. Responsible for maintaining the pool and seating areas presentable, clean, orderly and ready for immediate use by new guests.
- Use the hotel computer systems and phone system effectively.
- Swimming/life guard skills to assist a guest in distress.
- CPR/First Aid skills/certification.
