Qualifications
Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, and Electric is seeking a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be able to perform a variety of tasks within a busy atmosphere, make quick and accurate decisions. We are looking for a rockstar customer service representative.
Office Location: 5701 W. 73rd Street, Chicago, IL 60638
Hours: 2:30pm – 11:00pm
Compensation Range: $18.00/ Hourly with commission opportunities
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and answer questions.
- Submit and send claims accordingly through Command Center.
- Monitor reviews that come through social media accounts. As well as track reviews on Excel spreadsheet.
- Respond to messages that come through Podium.
- Coordinate installs based on customer and installer(s) availability.
- Respond to technician alerts.
- Communicate with customers via email, mail, and phone.
- Recommend process improvements.
- Provide customer with information regarding Four Seasons services.
- Follow up with internal departments when necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to multi-task and willingness to learn.
- Type minimum of 30wpm
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous customer service and call center experience.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience handling high call volumes.
