This is a full-time position to assist Senior Property Accountants and Property Accountants with daily, weekly, monthly and yearly tasks as needed. Monitors and executes requested resident and client transactions such as ledger adjustments, deposit reconciliations, data entry and auditing.
We need an individual with strong organizational skills, a committed desire to provide an excellent product, strong and unwavering work ethic, and an outgoing personality who can manage competing priorities and be able to adapt to new tasks and situations. Attention to detail and competency with computer functions required.
Duties include:
Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly tasks as assigned by Accountants. This includes but not limited to: deposit reconciliations, audits, data entry, ledger adjustments, bank reconciliations, resident and client communication, bank runs, etc. Verify, ascertain and determine the correctness of financial data, with the ability to correct as needed. Assist and support with internal and external audits.
Requirements:
Assist with AP/AR Duties, including check runs, receivables, and data entry.
· 2-3 years of experience or background education
· Professional demeanor, mature, friendly and an outgoing personality
· Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
· Willingness to learn
· Proactive and a good listener to details and directions
· 2-3 years of clerical, secretarial or office experience preferred
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
· High degree of attention to detail
Experience in real-estate and property management highly preferred

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
