What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mental Health Worker position at Four Winds Inc.?
Entry level direct care position working as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team
Night shifts 8:30pm t0 9:30am, Full Time.
Four week orientation. Orientation is two weeks of classroom 8:30am-4:30pm; two weeks of on unit training 12 hour shifts. Once orientation is completed the individual will be on a float schedule for five weeks after which they will be assigned to a unit.
$18.50 starting salary scale, Additional for college degree and night differential also offered and additional for formal certification in bi-lingual language proficiency.
High school diploma/2 years experience or Associates Degree

- Master of Social Work
- MA in Nursing
- Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
- Certification in Applied Behavioral Analysis
- Certification in Credentialed Alcohol and
- Substance Abuse Counseling
