Job Requirements The In-Room Dining Server is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The In-Room Dining Server offers guests an enjoyable and expertly served dining experience while conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence, food quality, professionalism and friendliness equal to that of the finest restaurant in the city. The In-Room Dining Server serves guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods. This position is responsible for delivery of food orders including any amenities, special needs or requests to the guest in-room. The In-Room Dining Server will check completed kitchen orders with the order taker or guest’s original order and transport items to the guestroom in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality. The ideal candidate will have solid food and wine knowledge. A minimum of one year of In-Room Dining serving experience in a luxury hotel setting is required. Those applying must be able to work morning and evening shifts, weekends and holidays.
