Can you be the industry software expert for the team? Done. Handle payroll and payroll taxes? No problem. Need the books reconciled? Check. Able to move between working with a super-analytical owner to another with high energy in seconds? No worries. You thrive on being a “jack of all trades.”  While you have no desire to have the final say, you aren’t afraid to give a little pushback and ask questions, helping to keep people in line on the financial side. You’re also thorough, detailed, and ready to help a growing business take the next step.

We are looking for a dependable, tenacious, organized, and detail-oriented person who wants to support a growing business. This is a Full-Time, in-house position with the possibility of shifting to a hybrid schedule down the road.  If the idea of working in a service-based business where you can improve financial processes is in your wheelhouse, we need to talk.

Fox Chase Lock & Key, with over 45 years of experience serving individuals, residential, commercial, and medical facilities around the greater Philadelphia area, is a one-stop shop for all locksmith and security needs. We have established ourselves as the trusted name in the locksmith and security fields. We were even named Metro Philly’s Best Locksmith of 2022.

We are looking for someone to join our team who has the desire to serve our team and clients as if they are family. Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Payroll processing including QuickBooks Online
  • Monthly reconciliations
  • Inventory
  • Cash management and taxes
