Job Summary:

Completes construction projects by planning, organizing, and controlling projects; completing quality inspections; supervising sub-contractors and other team members.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Leads an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy, accountability, and efficiency.
• Outline the tasks involved in the project and delegate to appropriate team or department accordingly.
• Schedule, organize, and prepare equipment and building components.
• Facilitate and lead site meetings with all project staff.
• Conduct cost analysis and risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate).
• Proactively address questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
• Act as a liaison between company, customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
• Flexibility in hours is required, though can change due to outside factors including job scheduling and unforeseen events.
• Lead by example and follow all company, customer and vendor policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Responsible to coach, mentor, and help train the crews including foreman, leadmen and crew people to Fox Cities Builders standards.

• Valid Drivers License is required, CDL endorsements preferred.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, which may include Engineering, Business, or Project Management required.
• At least three years of related experience required.
• PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications highly desirable.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk or while driving.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and stand to operate and move heavy equipment.
• Must be physically able to climb ladders, stairs and into equipment as needed.
• Must be physically able to walk on uneven, wet, slippery, or grainy surfaces.
• Must be able to work in all types of weather, including extremely hot and extremely cold temperatures as well as in rain or snow types of conditions.
• Ability to travel throughout facility or to job sites as required.
